By Item came damaged. Return pickup has been scheduled two times and no on shows up to pick it up. I’ve called customer service and all they do is reschedule the pickup. The return date for the item ends next week. It’s big and heavy not something I can return myself. Amazon has been no help! on Reviewed in the United States on September 2, 2024

Item still packaged as it was when shipped. Top corner damaged. Have tried twice to schedule pickup for return/refund and no one shows up. The date to return this item ends next week. When I call amazon they just reschedule the pickup and no one comes. It’s heavy and large, to difficult for me to drop off for return. So frustrating no help from Amazon!
