It is much smaller than our old countertop oven and has many more features. It preheats quickly, bakes, cooks evenly and is very versatile. We purchased a refurbished unit and the directions that came with it were virtually unreadable. I went to the manufacturer's website and was able to download the manual so my wife could have readable guide. Otherwise very satisfied.

This was an absolute waste of money! It stopped working less than 6 months after purchase. I had a previous version and thought it was great. This should not be allowed for sale.
