The sheets came folded in a brown shipping box. No additional packaging or anything to indicate they were new. They had dust and hairs. While they did not seem used, they definitely did not come the way you’d like new sheets to. The quality is what you’d expect for the price. They are fine and while I’d normally wash new products, I am disappointed to feel these truly needed the wash
