*UPDATE* seller was responsive and promptly refunded incompatible printer ink.Bought this to have on hand for when my printer runs out of ink. Went to change ink and these cartridges gave my computer a “non-HP chip detected” incompatibility message and I’m unable to print anything at all. Unfortunately, the 30-day return window has already passed. This company states in the Instruction manual “do not hesitate to contact us “ and state a Free replacement or refund within 12 months, which I fall under, but then offer NO way to contact the company anywhere! STAY AWAY!

TRASH! DO NOT BUY!

When I first bought these ink cartridges, they worked okay. But now a few months later, the cartridges are still pretty full because I don’t print that much. Just for home use. And the ink cartridges don’t function properly and won’t fully print pages with ink. Most pages are blank or spotted with ink. My theory is that once thee ink gets half way or 3/4 low, it doesn’t print properly. HP is pretty notorious for not allowing compatible 3rd party ink cartridges and it’s deceiving these are even being sold. They work at first and then you waste your money because the ink cartridges are still pretty full by the time it decides not to print properly. You are pretty much forced to buy the WAY TOO EXPENSIVE HP cartridges. Such a joke! DO NOT BUY this ink. You’ve been warned. They will die in your after your 30 day return window. :(
