Very sharp and good quality blade!

decent budget chef's knife

Typical $10 quality chef's knife. Broomstick handle feels weird. Wants to rotate in my hand so not a secure grip. I can see it being a problem when my hands aren't dry. Odd handle color. Not sure why there's no black handle option. I have better Chef's knives so I know what a good chef's knife is. If $10 is all someone has, by all means buy this knife. It will get the job done. If you have $25, buy a Mercer.
