Glazed has crackled on exterior

After 10 months of use, the ceramic glaze has cracked on the bottom half of the jar. It leaks liquid soap now and soap residue forms on exterior. Just recently, looking at the one-star reviews, several others (Only 13% of customer had a negative review on product said an Amazon Rep I got on the phone) purchasers have had the same issue, indicating that a percentage of these items being sold have a manufacturing defect. Because it's "outside of the return window and only 13% dis-satisfied" no refund. Not right Amazon.
