As a member of the GreenPan kitchen team, I tested this product and I’m excited to share my review. I’m so impressed with the Infinite8 GP5 collection from GreenPan. This pan is genuinely top-notch, thanks to its state-of-the-art ceramic nonstick coating that’s reinforced with diamond layers. Cooking is seamless, with food sliding right off the surface—even with minimal oil. What’s even better is that it's metal utensil safe, so I don’t have to worry about scratching the surface. The five-ply stainless steel body distributes heat perfectly, so everything cooks evenly. And knowing it doesn't have any toxins like PFAS, PFOA, Lead and Cadmium, brings total peace of mind. It’s an investment that truly elevates the cooking experience!

I didn’t use this, but returned it the day it was received. It was an opened box item, had food residue in the pan, and the bottom was scorched.
