Britax Willow Brook S+ Baby Travel System

I really wanted to love this car seat, but it has several design flaws that make it hard to recommend. The newborn padding did not provide enough support to keep my baby upright—especially lacking in neck and head support. Once my baby outgrew the newborn stage and the insert was removed, things only got worse. There’s very little side support, and my baby ends up leaning heavily to one side during rides. I’ve now had to look into purchasing additional neck and body support padding just to make it safer and more comfortable, which is frustrating considering the price of the seat. Also, the large warning labels placed inside the seat are very distracting. My baby constantly stares at them, leading to stiff neck positioning. For a seat marketed for safety and comfort, this one has really missed the mark for us.
