This is an interactive toy in a book format. It's a toy/book combo. There are different pages with cut outs that hold the waffles and tell a story. The waffle maker and toppings are super cute and the cost for this item is very reasonable for the quality of the product. It is a sturdy base with sturdy pieces. It is fun for kids to pretend. It is good for a few minutes of play and nice to have in the rotation of things to engage my grandchildren. Great item to stimulate imagination.

Cute but no good storage

This is a super cute interactive book that I ordered for my toddlers to read/play together with me. I do appreciate how lovely the pieces are but there are many pieces and there isn't a good way to store them. The slots that the pieces are meant to fit into the pieces easily slip out of, after you pop them out the first initial time. So be prepared for that. Would not recommend this for anyone who has children who are more susceptible to choking hazards.
