Zinus Queen 14" White Ultra Cooling Gel Memory Foam Mattress

Background: Third mattress by this company. First 2 I got my money's worth with comfortable sleep having had 2 back surgeries. Any brand that offers a 10-year warranty on a bed just isn't realistic unless your body couldn't care if you slept on a park bench I'm not that lucky and have had 5k mattresses that need to go by year 3. This mattress didn't last 6 months before having to see a chiropractor 2x per week versus maybe 10 visits for the year. I had to hire help to meet the requirements to submit a warranty claim. I jumped through all the hopes and had a professional photographer post the pictures. A visible dent in the bed. FYI you can have a foam mattress that looks new and flat sitting there and then you can get on it and from a side view see the foam compress to within 2" of the frame. The company still said not good enough proof. Do the math I'm paying x to fight a warranty minus that from the cost of the bed and in no time you're throwing good money after bad. Burn your money before doing business with Zinus and the fight they will put up to not honor the warranty on what I would consider to be close to a new bed!!!!! I get that sometimes there is just a flaw. The two previous mattresses served their purpose. I'll gladly depreciate $250 of a mattress per year and in year three put in another room for someone else to sleep on. When you have a sensitive back it costs you money period. But this was a case of an out-of-state supplier of a China import flexing the fact they already have your money and took the position of what are you going to do about it. Stand it up and light it up, make a YouTube video out it. If you have never seen a mattress lit there is good reason the flame is at least 2x the height of the bed. Oh, don't go hating the comment over the environment, that petroleum-based foam is going to produce runoff at the dump for more years than I'll be left on this earth. The toxins have to go somewhere. Miles well invite a few friends, have a few beers and have a real redneck bonfire. All you city folk are invited to witness what it means to have gone country crazy. Had they been in state I would have gladly would have went to small claims court. I haven't lost a case yet, not hard when the facts do all the talking. I have much better things to do with my time but sometimes you need to stand up for your principles or everyone will end up losing out when the day ends. When something is wrong and it's clear cut; send the best attorney you have. I don't care, consumer product law can be pretty cut and dry when you show complete failure within one year of some company making a claim the product will last 10 years. All of my bedding is allergen-proofed and highly maintained. Even so 10 years on a mattress. Ewe!! Toss the thing well before that period unless you are a big fan of 1-star hotels and all they have to offer then, by all means, hug that mattress to death. It's a well-known fact a poorly cared-for mattress weighs more going out than it did coming in. Ponder that fact for a bit. Or I should have said sleep on it.
