I thought it's a Dyson it's worth trying even if others had bad reviews. Just don't buy... Plugged it in and the first thing it did was advise to call customer service. Item did not work, now I have to deal with the hassle of unpacking it, repacking it, and getting it shipped back. Save yourself some hassle please, it's just not worth it.
