Love love love it!

I saw this on QVC but balked at the price. It seemed like such a great idea. When I saw this one on Amazon for a hundred bucks, I jumped at it and I'm so glad I did. It was the exact same model and manufacturer! Now, QVC always has things in different colors - that's their hook. You're so busy choosing the best color for you that you don't stop to think if you really need a thing. But if color is important to you, be my guest. For me, it sits in a corner of my kitchen and white suits me just fine. It works perfectly, cleans my floor in a jiffy without dealing with a cord. If I spot something on the floor that doesn't even require the full vacuum, I just whip out the hand vac piece and away it goes! And each time I use it, it automatically empties into the bin by itself. I've had it a few weeks already and still haven't had to empty the bin. I can't say enough about it. Just try it - you'll like it!

Doesn’t work.

Worked twice. Shark won’t support it because it was not purchased through an authorized dealer. Maybe it would be better new but won’t buy again and wouldn’t recommend. The book says if it does what it’s doing, which is turn on for 5 seconds and then shuts off, contact Shark. Not helpful when Shark won’t help.
