I don't know why there's negative reviews about this vacuum cleaner, it works incredible. It was a pre-owned, and it was like brand new half price.

Parts broken when received

I did purchase a refurbished vacuum but when I opened the poorly packed box, the vacuum was just banging around in the box and broken pieces were at the bottom.
