Works perfectly

Unfortunately I had to return this because it wasn't large enough for family but that was my fault. It did work perfectly the 2 days I tried it though. It makes bullet ice two sizes, however, it is not enough ice for the family. I would love to keep it if it were bigger and if it did nugget ice as i have realized i do like the nugget ice better.

When I first received this product I was not pleased with it but I knew it was not exactly what I wanted but what I could afford. It produces very soft ice that melts within minutes if you don’t transfer it immediately to the freezer but now after only owning it for 3 months I can’t even use it because it leaks out onto my countertop. Very disappointing.
