Poorly coated, possibly used

We love the look but when it came, a few pieces were scratched down to metal. Since it was the bottom we were too concerned. Then, the next morning only 12 hours later, the top was chipped and starting to rust. Definitely going to have to spray paint it sooner than I thought. Glad I waited for it to go on sale before purchasing.
