UPDATE: Handle broke before we even made the first pizza!

We hadn’t even cooked the first pizza and the handle already broke! I’ve reached out to support online, but they ask for 3 days to get back to me. So what now? No pizza dinner tonight?? Not cool! Customer support was responsive and I received a new handle within 3 days. However only 3 stars for the inconvenience of it all.
