Use it weekly and rice is perfect every time. Had to play around with the water level for a bit but has been working great so far. Followed all other directions otherwise. Definitely worth the price.

Rice stuck to pan

I was not happy with this rice cooker. The instructions on the amount of water and rice were confusing. The rice was still hard after cooking and it stuck to the pan and burnt.
