Mega Pokémon Building Set, Eevee

I like the quality of the pieces and how they work together, the texture usually feels smooth and instruction are, in their majority, clear. However, my set came with 2 missing pieces, the first one being part of the fur in the front (I am a perfectionist so this annoys me) and one of the pieces that allowed for movement, meaning that I cannot proceed with the building until I get that piece. I'm sure that I did not lose those pieces since I just opened the package. In addition to this, another issue I had is that, even though at the moment of purchase it claims to be new, the bags in which the pieces came appear to have been resealed (I had already opened the bag in the photo, but it can still be seen how the border of it appears resealed) and some pieces have scratches. I am going to contact support so that I can get the pieces that I'm missing, but I feel like, for the price, the fact that some pieces have defects is a major downside.
