The Whole Family

You get the entire family! This set is a highly accurate Encanto family with a huge variety in body sizes, shapes, face screenings, hair texture, color, etc.These dolls are the standard 5 points of articulation with the neck, arms at the shoulders, legs at the waist which limits the number of ways each doll can pose.Overall, an awesome find.

Duplicate Dolls/Missing Dolls

I was so excited and bought this set for my daughter’s birthday. I did buy it a while back in April so it’s my fault for not checking earlier, but the box with the actual dolls appeared sealed and unopened so I didn’t think anything of it. I opened the box today and was so disappointed that three of the dolls were duplicated hence we were also missing three dolls (we received a duplicate set of Bruno, Camillo and Dolores and did not receive Mirabel’s parents or grandmother). I am out of my window to return/exchange. But please take this as a warning and an expensive lesson learned the hard way to check your items in the timeframe allowed. Normally I am very good about that, but didn’t this time and that was an expensive mistake.
