I’ve been using the SHARK UA205 Nanoseal HEPA Air Purifier MAX for a few months now, and let me tell you, it’s been a game-changer! Worked OK i thought for the first month or 2. Then all of a sudden the fresh air digital gauge went to 0%. I turned it off and back on again and even unplugged it for a few hours hoping it would reset. No dice. Contacted company for return and exchange and of course I missed the return window by 5 days. Contact the MFR they said. Now I gotta spend hours on the phone trying to get someone to help me with this big hunk of not working plastic.
