BEAUTIFUL spooky horse!

Photos don't do this guy justice! I was hesitant to get him based on the listing pics, and also the fact that I'm usually not the biggest fan of this mold/sculpt. I took a chance on him when he was discounted, and WOW am I glad I did! His purple and orange paint has a lot of subtle metallic sheen that shows up much better in person, and his markings (which feature 13 spooky ghosts all around him) are incredibly detailed and well-painted. I used to dislike this body mold because I thought the horse's face looked oddly scary to me, but that works *perfectly* for a Halloween themed design like this. The head is perfect for giving the impression of a skeleton face. Overall the sculpt is stunningly detailed, with lots of detail in the hair and even the underside of the hooves! The glow in the dark is very very bright too. Perfect if you love Halloween and horses!

Very inconsistent quality

I am a huge fan of this mold! Its one of my favorites so I was so excited to see Spectre as the Halloween release. I ordered 3, and I was a bit disappointed. The paint jobs are very inconsistent. On one of the models the ghosts can be seen fairly clearly, but on the other two the paint is so uneven that you cant even tell they are ghosts. They just look like weird blobs because the paint is so patchy. One of the models also has uneven seams. I wish breyer would step up their product quality inspection, as I've found this happening in a lot of models recently.
