Great unit for the price. No complaints.

After two weeks of low overnight temps (Shenandoah Valley in Virginia), this unit has met my expectations. I have the heat setting at 60 (lowest the unit will go) and it has kept my shop (200 sq. ft. with 14 ft. ceilings, fully insulated) at that temp even when the overnight lows are well below 30F. No odd noises, no dents in the box, Installation was easy as I had a table at the same height as the window but may require some folks to have a helping hand. If you have a smaller space that needs heat and A/C, I'd give this one a chance. I may order another one for my other out building.

AWFUL HEAT IS A JOKE

I bought four and one was wrong, they wouldn’t even refund the difference in price for sending the wrong one bc I couldn’t return as it was already installed. AC works fine, but if you’re buying bc it’s a heater and AC combo, DO NOT BUY! The heater is a JOKE
