Ninja DCT451 12-in-1 Smart Double Oven

I bought this when my old Viking oven stopped working about 9 months before a planned complete kitchen remodel. Since I didn’t want to pay to have the oven repaired ($1200!) when I am going to buy a new one soon I ordered this Ninja to get me through. I never expected to love this little oven so much but it has truly changed my cooking life. It cooks fast, even, and easy. There is plenty of room in the large lower part for two good sized trays of food so i can make salmon and broccoli at the same time and have it done in just a few minutes. My thanksgiving turkey skin has never been crispier, and the upper part has completely replaced my toaster. I didn’t expect to keep this machine once the remodel is done but I love it so much that I’m designing a dedicated spot in the new kitchen for it and I expect to keep using it instead of my new Wolf range for most of my oven cooking. Highly recommend!
