Purchased this to cut out my own hand drawn sticker sheets and it works so well. It was super easy to connect and setup with my macbook and cuts all of the stickers perfectly.

Dead on Arrival. Included software is borderline malware.

Dead on arrival, tried multiple outlets and either the device or power adapter were defective. The included cutting software is borderline malware designed to constantly advertise to you. In addition my daughter saved up for this and was almost in tears after spending the afternoon trying to figure out how to use the included software package, she described it as 'clunky'.
