Holes drilled wrong! Nothing lines up!

I ordered this for my entryway, but when I started putting it together, I found the holes weren’t drilled right. For the first two metal legs, my husband drilled them out bigger to make them fit. Then I continued building, only to learn more holes in the metal didn’t line up and couldn’t be adjusted. This would’ve been fair quality (for the price), but instead, it’s going in the trash, and I’ll order something else.
