This toaster looks sharp on my counter and it works very well..i especially enjoy how precise the light/dark dial is. I haven't used the bagel setting yet, but everything else works so well i am sure that will also. It's a great product!

DEAD ON ARRIVAL..!!!!

My toaster was dead on arrival. The instructions say to plug in to power or the handle will not stay down. Plugged into power, handle wont stay down, if I hold down the toaster heats and the buttons start to blink. Bad first impression. I will be returning this immediately.
