SINGER Momento 24" Craft Cutting Machine

When I first received the cutter, it wouldn’t cut. I started a return with Amazon and then thought I really need to give the manufacturer a chance to resolve the issue. I really wasn’t taking any risk since I could still return it to Amazon if Singer didn’t provide a timely support. I contacted Singer and they were great. They did try to support troubling shooting via email, but I still couldn’t get the machine to cut. Singer immediately said they would provide me a new machine and sent me a UPS shipping label. As soon as they received notice that I shipped the machine to them, they started the process of sending me a new machine. I received the machine two weeks after I sent mine. This is over the Christmas holidays, so two weeks was expected. Their customer support kept me updated during the entire process via email. The replaced machine works great and will be a great timesaver when cutting out fabric for bags. I just love the machine and glad I made the effort to contact Singer!!! Their support was excellent!
