The bowls are a good size for cereal or soup, and they don't soak through even though they aren't coated with plastic. I like that they're made from something we would otherwise throw away, rather than from trees.

Nice bowl but one issue.

The bowls themselves are good deep bowls. But, they are hard to separate from the stack. The outside top edge is thin and the bowls are stuck together. I have about figured out a technique to separate them but it is annoying. When freed from the stack they are fine. Like most all compostable products the price is on the high side.
