Don't work!!!!

Ordered two boxes of the 962XL Ink Cartridges High=Yield Replacement for HP 962 Ink Cartridges totaling $90.40. I always order in advance so that I have cartridges on hand when ink runs low. Just newly opened the first of the packages and inserted the yellow cartridge and got the message about "not Genuine HP Ink Cartridges". Followed the instructions in the package, tried to click past the warning and also turned off the printer and turned it back on as suggested. Nothing worked and the cartridge would not be accepted. I opened the second box and tried the yellow cartridge from that box and had the same message and failure to operate. I have used the remanufactured cartridges fromAmazon for years and had no problem, but unfortunately your cartridges do not work. Expensive $90 lesson. You should stand behind your products. Very disappointed. Now I am sitting here without ink.
