Don't work!!!!

Ordered two boxes of the 962XL Ink Cartridges High=Yield Replacement for HP 962 Ink Cartridges totaling $90.40. I always order in advance so that I have cartridges on hand when ink runs low. Just newly opened the first of the packages and inserted the yellow cartridge and got the message about "not Genuine HP Ink Cartridges". Followed the instructions in the package, tried to click past the warning and also turned off the printer and turned it back on as suggested. Nothing worked and the cartridge would not be accepted. I opened the second box and tried the yellow cartridge from that box and had the same message and failure to operate. I have used the remanufactured cartridges from Amazon for years and had no problem, but unfortunately your cartridges do not work. Expensive $90 lesson. You should stand behind your products. Very disappointed. Now I am sitting here without ink.

Works on my HP

I'm actually surprised it worked on my HP, HP printers have seemed so sensitive to off brand ink. Went in easy, you have to dismiss messages about using a non HP product. On my first printing the color doesn't look great - but good enough for me - and that could have more to do with the source I am printing. I've only printed a few pages, so I don't know how long these will last, but at less than off the price of the name brand - why not try it. If I find out that these cartridges don't last long I'll update my response. Still it's good to have on hand for backup - for that day when the ink runs out and you have a critical project due.
