I went back and forth on this, as gaming chairs in general tend to not be super comfy. I am super pleased. It checked all my boxes. I needed it to have adjustable arm rests. Up, down, back and forth and these even have a side to side adjustment too. LOVE THAT. It needed to have good lumbar support, spin, recline and be height adjustable. CHECK. All of the above. I think it could have slightly better lumbar support I love the firm feel and it seems super well made. My elderly mother liked it so much she had me buy one for my dad.

Got this chair a year ago and I regret not trying to return it. It squeaks on every movement no matter how small, the padding is rock hard, the build in head pillow is not made for tall people, it digs in to my back. About a week or two after the return window it seemed to lean to one side, now it has a heavy lean to the right to the point I can not put chairs reclining mechanism stopper in unless I get out of the chair and force it in.. and when its in i nearly fall to the right because the lean is amplified. its not even a weight issue since im 110pounds under max load.
