Bought this vacuum not realizing it was refurbished until it was delivered. I was hesitant at first because you just never know with refurbished products but this vacuum was in new condition and I've been using it for about 4 months now. ITS AMAZING. The best vacuum I've ever owner! I have 5 cats and a toddler, this vacuum is impeccable. The suction is so strong, it picks up any mess, keeps the cat hair to a bare minimum. I tell everyone to buy this vacuum! I also clean apartments on the side after people move out and this vacuum has made my job 10x easier. BUY IT.

doesn't go under furniture, just a regular vac

wont lay flat to get under chairs and beds, this is not an option with this one like the others. This should be stated on the box. DISSAPOINTED 100% want should fit into housing so you can get under the bed.
