Great machine!

I have had a Shark previously but I have 2 golden retrievers so I needed one where their hair would not get tangled around the brush. This one works great. It has plenty of suction both on carpet and on wood floors. Easy to use but had to go online for installation details and operation instructions. Thank you for the quick shipping.

Vacuum has died an early death

I had enjoyed this vacuum until it decided to just quit running today. We have barely had it 4 months.
