My wife was in a play where they needed a prop to mimic a doorbell. This proved to be the perfect choice. They found that when you put a mic by it and then press it you get a great door bell type of buzz. You could hear it without the mic, but by using the mic it cut through the actor's dialog nicely. It worked flawlessly.

Doesn’t buzz

Listed as “buzzer” but it didn’t make any noise. It just lit up red. I might have got a defect, I’ll never know. Returned it shortly after I opened it.
