This makes great burgers, perfect everytime. I like that I can freeze them in the mold, which works great when buying bulk sized beef or bison packages.

Flimsy

These do the job of allowing you to ha e pre-made patties and do a fair job of keeping them fresh. Unfortunately, they are quite flimsy. They don't stay sealed well and allow ice crystals to form inside. I also found them to be more difficult to use than the ones I am used to because they bend so easily and don't stay flat.
