So far it works very well. I have the same unit that was purchased new a few years ago. It works very well that it is why I stuck with the same brand & model. This refurbished one works as well as my other unit. Noise level when set to Whisper is very tolerable. Packaging could have been better. Refurbished unit comes with almost everything that the brand new one has. The only things missing are the accessories bag and the off-season storage cover.

No enfría lo que dice y aparte cuando lo devuelves te tardan muchísimo para tu reembolso, yo ya tengo 1 semana esperando mi dinero y nada y Amazon nomas dice que espere 🤷🏼♂️
