Small wedge pillow does wonders!

I needed a slight lift to a CPAP pillow I was using. This was the perfect solution. The wedge fits under the CPAP pillow to give it some height but does not cause bulk. This would also work great for traveling as a back wedge to give more support in the lumbar region. I am very happy with this purchase. The quality of the product is good and there is not a smell, which is a real plus. I would buy this again.

It's not the best

It's weird. I have only slept on it a few nights and I am not the happiest with it. It's not really a multi position pillow. It really is only for people who sleep on their sides. I start on my side and then end up on my back and with this it's like sleeping on a wedge that has zero support on one side and too much support on the other side. you cannot get comfortable and it's just awkward. I am going to give it a few more nights and update the review then. But right now, I feel like there are better pillows out there for the money.
