How did I ever live without this?

I have been trying to make small batches of whole grains for the longest time, but have never been successful. With this unit, using the congee setting, I can cook 1/4 cup of dry barley or farro, and they turn out perfect. Plump, moist, and just chewy enough. The keep-warm setting is also perfect. It keeps food at the perfect temperature and never burns it. This thing even makes the best oatmeal ever! How did I ever live without it?

Terrible product

Not simple nor easy to use. The directions are poorly written and are not step by step. Frustrating to say the least. The video is useless! I do not recommend, waste of money! Super disappointed!
