Have used these on several trips now and love them. Look great and feel pretty durable. TSA lock adds a nice bit of extra protection.

Poor quality

Bought this luggage for my extended stay at MD Anderson Cancer Center. When I opened it at the hospital to unpack the seam where the zipper was had a stress rip. Nothing sharp was in my luggage, just clothes. Being Hospitalized for more than 30 days and obviously in no position to return it in 30 days. I’m now stuck with a 750.00 set of inferior luggage and Amazon customer service was awful. I’m reaching out to the manufacturer because they are supposed to have a 5-10 year warranty but I don’t hold out much hope as being customer service seems to be awful anywhere these days. Don’t waste your money on this luggage!!!
