UPDATE: After nearly 6 months, on May 10th 2025, I received my warranty offer - a 15% off coupon on the purchase of new luggage. What an absolute joke of a company. I’ll go out of my way to never buy any of their products in the future, you should too. I bought this set in July during prime days, but my first use was in November. Essentially, the large suitcase fell apart at the wheels. I contacted Swiss Gear for a warranty claim on December 2nd. Went through the process, submitted photos and waited…for weeks. Never heard back so I submitted another support request. Nothing back on that one either. Sent a 3rd request in early February, still nothing. Now it’s mid February and it’s been nearly 3 months since my original claim with zero communication. No matter what the warranty claims to be, you’ll be lucky to ever hear back from them. Don’t waste your money on any SwissGear products.

All good....like them and they are holding up well.

Two of the wheels broke on the first use - transported in the back of my SUV. Repoted to the manufacturer whose solution was a 15% discount on a new purchase. Replacement was not offered. The medium size bag has been used on 3 trips via the baggage friendly airlines and all wheels are fine. This is obviously a manufacturer defect which they have denied. Their warranty process is cumbersome and, in the end, virtually useless. One of the worst companies I have ever experienced. Deserves negative stars. Amazon should cease any relationship with this seller.

Very light weight and seems sturdy and well made. Got the light blue color that is pretty and I think would stand out on a baggage carrousel but would probably need a cover to protect it from stains. Has a bottom grip that is a must in my opinion. The packing capacity is astounding and with the light weight of the bag itself gives you about 2.5-3 lbs of additional weight to over pack which I tend to do. That said, the zipper on the large case was flawed. It had a small opening that I think would allow the pull to break off. I am regretfully returning the set.

Corner spinner wheel broke after 6 months, wasn't doing anything heavy with it either. Good suitcase, just needs more sturdiness especially if being handled by airports. Hoping to get some customer service for the price.

This 3-piece SwissGear roller luggage set is basic but really nice and I am very happy with it. The set includes 3 bags: 21", 25", and a 29" bag. Each of the bags is identical in features - just smaller or larger versions of each other. And they nest into each other very nicely for easy, more compact storage. They have a simple but elegant look to them. - These bags each have 360 spinner wheels (my preference for ease of maneuverability) that work and move smoothly. - Each bag has a telescoping black, metal handle -- no issues with these as they work and lock well. - Though these cases don't have a lot of interior pockets along the sides or frills, sometimes that just means they have more actual usable packing space -- and that is definitely the case here. These suitcases have A LOT of interior space, especially the 29" bag -- I don't think I could fill it if I tried (and I am a big over-packer). I also feel that the interior space on the carry on is good -- sometimes that is sacrificed for the sake of spinner wheels, but this one is roomy. Great packing space in all 3 sizes plus each also has the ability to expand for even more room via a 2nd zipper. - Pockets: There is a single interior mesh zipper pocket on the inside of the lid that is the full size of the case (so lots of room there). The exterior pockets are REALLY NICE on this bag. There is one on the front that is about the depth of my hand -- so perfect to throw your phone or wallet in when going through security, storing charging cords for easy access, or also a great option to keep liquids in for easy access to remove for security line. The second pocket on the front is a full sized one that works for papers, laptop, smaller electronics, or other items you want easy access to -- and this one opens correctly with the bag in the upright position (you don't have to lay it flat to open and use this pocket) and opens 270 degrees for easy access to the items in it. - The material is a nice, thick quality and the handles are padded for more comfortable use and ease of moving the suitcases around or picking them up from the carousel (there is one on the top, the side and on the bottom) - The only things these bags really lack is a TSA lock and the internal side pockets for smaller items. For me the lock isn't really an issue since I don't usually need it, and though I like the little pockets for organization purposes, I also appreciate the huge packing space that has no impingements on it -- so it isn't really an issue for me to have them or not to have them and it doesn't take away from the cases as far as I am concerned, especially with the large mesh pocket on the top. Overall, this set is elegant and very functional with loads of room to pack in, and I would definitely recommend!

When we first received these bags I was happy with them. They seemed liked a great deal and seemed high quality for the price. We used them on a few car trips and were impressed how light they were and how well they rolled. However, after one airline trip, just as others in the reviews warned, the wheel on the big suitcase came right off and looks ready to come off on the mid size suitcase. The whole wheel assembly seems to be barely attached to the suitcase, only cheap think plastic holding it on. I am surprised that such a good company would make such a bad product.

Only used the medium luggage once and the small outter zipper broke. Looks nice but clearly isn’t sturdy. Doubt they will last very long. Wish I could return them….

One of the wheels came off first use, and I am very careful with my luggage, used my previous set for 10 years without any issues, very disappointed. they have “warranty”, but been trying to email and call them to no avail.
