Buffalo Games - Succulent Wood Puzzle

We’ve been collecting wooden whimsy puzzles for some time and these buffalo games puzzles rate amongst the highest quality. Reasons: + The pieces are 4mm thick. This is double the thickness of some other puzzles like jigfoxy which we also like. Aside from being fun to assemble, there is a practical side to having pieces that thick: you have a better sense of when two pieces actually fit together. + There is no warping and we’ve never come across a single broken piece on any of their puzzles. + The UV printing on each piece is secured, and there is no peeling of the image; it is an integral part of each piece. We have everyone in the series, and the only one we didn’t pick up was the traditional Kincaid printing just because the image was traditional. All of the other images are vibrant like this one and the colors are wonderful. We have paid much more for puzzles of this quality, and these are real find. So much fun! Highly recommended. UPDATE: After this one we assembled a Wentworth -- one of the great classic whimsy puzzles -- and I have to say, in terms of wood (not MDF) and image quality (doesn't wear at the edges), Buffalo is far superior.
