Nice functionality but poor construction

This is my first purchase of this modern wallet design. I really like the card slot that allows you to push up and expose cards for selection. The slots for select cards (license, health insurance, etc) also works well. It is worth noting that - compared to a traditional wallet - these wallets don't expand which keep the size under control, but they do not shrink with less contents. On a bad note, my wallet began to "delaminate" after about 3 weeks due to the pressure from the money clip belt. (See photo) I am trying to repair but not sure it will solve issue.
