Boxiecat Glo™ Crystal Kitty Litter, 6lb

This sounded like an interesting product, and I was looking forward to testing it. Sadly, both of my cats refused to use it. In fact, it seems to have freaked them out. They at first seemed, I don't know, afraid of it? Then, one at a time, they got into the litter box with it, and both pretty much had the same response. As soon as their paws touched it, they couldn't get away from it fast enough. One popped up and had all four paws splayed out on the top rim of the litter box, like some kind of circus act. And, while it was really funny to watch, isn't the best reaction to cat litter! I'm not sure what it was exactly that initially scared them, as they did seem to get over approaching it, but ultimately, neither of them liked the feel of it on their paws. Like, violently didn't like it. I felt that since I had two cats, with their own likes and dislikes of things, it would be a good test of the litter. And, as they both absolutely couldn't stand it, I feel it was a definite: NOPE! Wish I could have given it a good review, but Oskar and Lexi have spoken. Bummer I didn't get a video of their reaction, and I can't get either of them to go near it again. 1 star.
