This cup works just fine. I’m not sure what the issue was with other peoples reviews. When the straw is in place properly it doesn’t leak, I turned it upside down and held it for awhile and it didn’t leak. Turned it on its side and it didn’t leak. It doesn’t leak if the lid is turned to the lock position. It may drip on the side a small bit when turning it from lock to the open drink position to fast after being held upside down (user error). Of course it will spill when it’s in the secondary drinking position as that is just a hole in the lid, no way to prevent that. It may drip on the sides a tiny bit if you over fill it, but that is user error not an issue with the cup design. I have used tommee tippee for my kids their entire lives and never had an issue outside of user error. Also used miracle 360s and had them leak when they aren’t supposed to. This cup does what it is designed for. My only real complaint is i wish their was more color options, considering this is a newer product I would expect more colors to be released eventually.

Decent cup, mostly leakproof, but annoying and top heavy

Once we finally got the hang of how to properly assemble this cup so that it worked properly and wouldn't leak, it works fine. But I find it annoying to take apart after each use (not using for just water) and clean all the little parts. It is also very top heavy, so when it's almost empty, it falls off my kid's tray really easily and then is definitely not leak-proof. It hasn't broken yet, but it's only a matter of time given how often it falls.
