The Proper Hound Whole Elk Antlers for Dogs Sz L

Purchased this "Small" Antler per recommendation by a trainer, because my newly adopted Chihuahua has terrible separation anxiety. He said to give her this only when she goes in the crate. I thought the Antler would look like the one pictured in the product image, with a small pointed end. The Antler arrived, and it is almost 1" thick at SMALLEST end. This is much too big for my Chihuahua's mouth! (For comparison, see the Teeny Greenie that fits in her mouth.) I went to initiate a return and see there is a NO RETURNS POLICY. I am spending a lot of money on the supplies that my newly adopted dog needs. Not being able to return this item is ridiculous, considering the product is unopened.
