oneisall Dog Clippers Grooming

I purchased this clipper since it came with all the attachments I would need to trim up my new Cockapoo. I didn’t use it much since my puppy wasn’t cooperative with clippers and I chose to let a professional groomer do the first three clippings. When I finally decided to get familiar with the equipment and do some grooming, I did everything but read the directions. With the old style electric clippers, the user needed to remove the two screws holding the blades in order to clean out the head. So that’s what I did. BIG MISTAKE. Parts went everywhere. I later realized there was a button to push and release the head of the clipper from the body in one piece. Yes, I know I’m an idiot. After 2 hours of trying to put the head parts back together, I contacted the manufacturer by email. They advised that I didn’t need to remove the screws and they don’t have a video as to how to put it back together. Since it was my own fault, I figured I would have to buy a new clipper. To my surprise, the company said they would send me a new one at no charge. It tells me that this company is the one I want to buy from. I was so impressed, I bought a small clipper from them on Amazon as well. All I can say is thank you Audrey at Oneisall for your quick response to my problem…And, read the instructions that come with the products you buy.
