Small yet strong!

These little blenders work really well! My husband keeps one at his office and we keep the other at home. They're great for making quick protein shakes or fruit smoothies. They even do a great job of blending ice or other chunky ingredients. I like that the cylinder is detachable which makes for easy cleaning (took my first few times of using the blender before I figured this out). My only criticism is that I wish it would hold a charge longer. We get 2-3 full uses out of it before having to recharge again but we've now gotten in the habit of just putting it right back on the charger after we've used it for the day.

Good idea but not feasible.

First of all, I want to say that I love Ninja products and I have several in my house. This item was a disappointment. Blending power is not as strong as I would have liked and expected out of Ninja. And yes, I realize that it's cordless. The idea of carrying this around and being able to blend/reblend on the go was appealing. However, I didn't realize how heavy it was to carry around since the cup has no bottom and is not detachable except for cleaning, it's not feasible. Cleaning it was a bear. There are way too many crevices to clean. I had to use a toothpick to dig out the debris and this was from only one use. I am returning it.
