It is small, but this is the new standard size most airlines want in 2025.

PROS: It is the new correct size the airlines wants. The new 2025 standard size. Yes I measured it. Airlines measurement includes wheels and handles It has a TSA lock, and includes instructions on how to change the lock. You press down on the tiny reset button (I used a turkey stuffing pin) - while the button is pressed turn the dials to your preferred combination. Then release the reset button, and - very important - press the open button hard - you will hear a click. It looks well made - like all the thin plastic luggage one sees in the airports these days. Wheels work well. Telescoping handle works well. CON: The interior is small - but this is not really a CON, if you want carry on luggage with the new 2025 standard size most airlines are mandating. In the past I traveled with a laptop/book bag as my carry on luggage. And I can fit my book bag into the luggage - with very little if any extra space. So, if you have a book bag, and don't mind carrying it on your back, then you do not need this luggage. Oh, and the following is for the review saying her husband couldn't open the bag and had to destroy the bag. 1. I have seen TSA at the airport open a checked passenger's bag for a passenger who forgot the combination code. This is not any official service, but it is always something to try. 2. I have seen TSA open a checked bag by punching the zipper with a screw driver instead of cutting off a lock. Then after the search, move the zipper from one end to the other, and the zipper works normally. 3. The TSA lock only locks the zipper tabs, and you can carefully bend where the zipper tabs are connected to the zipper mechanism and remove the zipper tabs from the zipper mechanism 4. Why even use a TSA lock for a carry on bag ? It will be with you always, until you place it into the overhead compartment in the airplane. Really! I'd rather save $5 and not have the TSA lock if this were an option. I will probably never use the built in TSA lock for this luggage, because it is carry on luggage. OK, enough typing for that single bad review rebuttal.

Had to cut open

Bought for husband's work trio. We set the code and locked it up. When he went to open it it wouldn't unlock and open. He had to have hotel maintenance person cut it open. Now he has to buy a new one to fly home.
