Simple Deluxe Ceramic Heat Bulb 50W 2pk

I use this in my pump house to keep my pipes from freezing. Works great and not prone to shatter like a glass heat lamp. It the outside temperature gets into low teens, I use a second one. In a 6x6 foot concrete space, it keeps the temp at least 20 degrees above the ambient temperature. Super value.

Did what it needed it to do for our snake. Great value. Excellent quality, puts out a good amount of heat. Bright enough for the job its meant for.

I'm removing a star for one reason: it takes time for this lamp to heat up, so it can be difficult to be certain that it's turned on without giving it a few minutes. I wrote "on" and "off" on either end of the switch to reassure myself. This being etched on would improve the product and/or a small light/indicator so you can know when it's on.

This heat emitter is great for enclosures with mess top. It work well for my ball python.

This product provides low constant heat for my snakes during cold weather months. These are easy to use.

It produces heat when plugged in; however, bulb burned out after 1 week. So lifespan/quality is significantly lacking.

Came plain in a paper bag for shipping but works just fine, plugged it in for a ceramic and my noodle has been much happier. Last lamp from the previous owner finally but the dust, great option and price from what I’ve seen.

I know these are for reptiles but I purchased them to replace the incandescent bulbs I used as heat for stray cats. They do put out a nice source of heat for a small box. We were able to use them in the metal dome that one would use for chickens. Make sure to have a ceramic fixtures and plastic. Keep source high above kitties
