Thermostats stopped working after a few days.

Thermostat worked for a few days. It’s set to 93 degrees, but won’t heat up past 67 or 68. I have baby chicks and their brooder needs to be at 85-90 degrees. I’ve tried troubleshooting steps and replacing the heat emitter with a red bulb, but the thermostat still won’t work. I’ve checked the probe (end piece) too. Worked great when I first got it.
